Daniel D. Wedemeyer has represented veterans and their families his entire legal career, first as an accredited service representative of Vietnam Veterans of America, and now as an attorney. Mr. Wedemeyer's primary areas of practice are veterans law and federal appellate litigation. Mr. Wedemeyer’s federal court admissions include the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia. Mr. Wedemeyer is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates. He is also a member of the Federalist Society, Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations, and Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America. Erin M. Prangley is admitted to practice in California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Ms. Prangley's prior legislative experience includes work as a congressional legislative aide specializing in veterans, defense, women's issues, health, local government and transportation legislation. Ms. Prangley is an Advisory Board Member for the Westminster Vietnam War Memorial Committee and member of the Board of Directors of the Downtown Santa Ana Business Association. She is a member of the Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations.
